So, the Mayor of Washington D.C. wants to continue to thwart the Constitutional rights of the people of his city. There are so many things that need to be said that one post won't begin to cover it. I'll be back to this issue again. But for now, I'll make one observation. The mayor's not carrying a gun, he's just bringing along three armed policemen, who have radios that will call more armed policemen. He's using tax dollars to pay armed men to accompany him. Think the mayors of Chicago or New York are any different? The mayors take the taxes of the people they deny the right of self defense to, and use it to pay armed men to follow them around.
Hypocrites. If the people don't need the ability to defend themselves, why do you need bodyguards?
Reminds me of the old joke. "Why do you carry a gun?" "Well, because a whole cop would be too heavy."

I had a funny feeling that this wasn't over in DC. The criminals must be happy to see the mayor do this. I guess you could say the dems found their base.
